Description

After recovering from COVID-19, please remember to bring your little ones in for a health check-up. We offer a health assessment and recovery program for children who have contracted COVID-19. This program is available for children aged 1 month and older who have had COVID-19.

Available : April 1 – December 31, 2024

Terms and Conditions :

• This package is available for individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 and those who suspect they may have contracted the virus.

• The package price includes medical fees and hospital service charges.

• It does not cover outpatient treatment or medication costs.

• For diabetes screening, please refrain from food and drink for at least 6 hours prior to the service.

• This package is available only for self-paying patients and cannot be used with any insurance benefits.
