1. This package is available only for individuals aged 50 and above.
2. The price of this package is applicable only for self-paying patients and cannot be used with insurance in any case.
3. This package is specifically for the  shingles vaccination only.
4. The package price includes physician  fees and hospital service charges, but does not cover additional medical fees for  consultations or treatments outside of the shingles vaccination.
